Which is better for short hair -gel or wax?

gel will work to give it a soft set manigable look, wax if you want it to stand up or use a product somewhere in between like redken rewind 06, it's perfect for any useWhich is better for short hair -gel or wax?
really really depends on the hair type.


curly thick hair- gel so it doesn't go frizzy


fine limp hair- wax will bulk it up but u dont want to use too much


normal hair that doesn't go frizzy then wax but if it goes frizzy then gel.
